Dota 2 Transfers of the Week: Team Liquid sign mid player Malr1ne, 5 moves in total

Five moves appeared on Liquipedia's transfer list between 2026-10-14 and 2026-10-21. Only two of them involve top teams, but one of them is a big name. Team Liquid signed Malr1ne on 2026-10-15. He joins from no team.

Who did Team Liquid sign?

Team Liquid signed Malr1ne, a mid player from Russia. He had no team before.

The mid player is the player who plays alone in the middle lane and often decides fights. Malr1ne is known for Puck, Timbersaw and Pangolier. He has 8 tournament wins on Liquipedia. His biggest wins are FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2 (2025), The International 2025 (2025) and DreamLeague Season 24 (2024). He played for Nemiga Gaming and Team Falcons before.

Team Liquid come from the Netherlands and play in Europe. The team was founded in 2012. Their coaches are Blitz and Jabbz. Their recent big results are 1st place at BLAST SLAM VI (2026-02) and 1st place at PGL Wallachia Season 4 (2025-04). Now they play with miCKe (carry), Malr1ne (mid player), Wisper (offlaner), Boxi (soft support) and tOfu (hard support).

What did Team Nemesis do?

Team Nemesis added Sundabule on 2026-10-14. He is the team's analyst and comes from Indonesia. His best result is 3rd–4th place at FISSURE Universe Episode 4: Southeast Asia Open Qualifier 1 (2025). He played for REKONIX and OG before.

Team Nemesis come from the Philippines and Singapore. They play in Southeast Asia and were founded in 2025. Their coach is Arthur. They finished 9th–12th at BLAST SLAM VIII (2026-10) and 7th–8th at PGL Wallachia Season 9 (2026-09). Their players are JaCkky (carry), Ken (mid player), Jabz (offlaner), Jhocam (soft support) and NARMAN (hard support).

What are the other moves of the week?

The other three moves all happened at Team Synapse on 2026-10-18 and 2026-10-19. This is the full list:

TA2000 left Team Synapse and has no team now (2026-10-19). Stoic went from Team Synapse (Inactive) to Team Synapse (2026-10-18). Bengan went from Team Synapse to Team Synapse (Inactive) (2026-10-18).

Inactive means a player stays with the team but does not play for now. So Stoic is back in the active team, and Bengan has stepped out of it.

What happens next?

The next step is simple: we will see Malr1ne play in a Team Liquid jersey. Team Nemesis now have Sundabule as analyst, and Team Synapse have changed their team again.

We will watch for more moves and report them here every week.
